ITEM DESCRIPTION A custom bayonet stand for 5 popular 12" Bayonets. Now you can display your bayonet on this new museum quality upright oval stand for a totally unique display. The stand is made to display your bayonet in it's natural vertical position. Your bayonet mounts to the lug and locks in in the same way it would on the original. With this listing you can choose from the drop down menu to select the lug for your bayonet, choose a finish, and choose a scabbard holder. You can mount a solo blade, or blade sheathed in the scabbard with frog. If your frog's length goes beyond the blades pommel when mounted send me a messageand I'll substitute in the taller lug. Choose the Scabbard Holder option for a really professional display. Bayonet w/Scabbard comes with a 7 x 9 x 3/4" Oval Stand and are $20.00 each. Not available for P1888. Every stand is comprised of a custom finished Knotty Pine plaque available in your choice of Black Top with Wood trim or a Rustic "Old World Classic" finish.Each plaque is sanded, stained (2 coats) and receives 2 coats of Polyurethane for a fine furniture finish. And 4 Felt "Feet" to protect your furniture. The bayonet base is made of PLA or PETG plastic filament that screws down to the plaque.The base uses the same locking mechanism as the actual rifle so the bayonet is held securely in place. Obviously correct safety precautions and handling should be used when handling bayonets. With the exception of the 2 mounting screws, THERE ARE NO METAL PARTS IN THIS STAND.Stands include four (4) felt "feet" to protect furniture. See the pictures for details. Definitely more "Antique" looking.The raw plaques that have uniform color and little to no imperfections are chosen for the Black with Wood Trim Finish.
