The unit has been inspected by our tech's and has checked out successfully. We are a bakery service and sales company located in Maryland. We can ship this item to you in the continental USA for the cost of the shipping added to the invoice. We are located at 21040 zip code and have a fork lift. If you need it shipped we need a zip code and if you need a lift gate delivery truck on your end or if you have a loading dock. We are happy to answer any question about the unit.
