Description: This item is a Batman: The Dark Knight Rises "Ra's Al Ghul" action figure. This was made by Mattel in 2012, and is new in the original sealed package. The package advertises an included "Collect & Connect" piece, one of six needed to build a "Bat-Signal Projector." The package has light wear to the edges and corners of the cardboard backing. The design of the package has many sharp angles and corners, and these edges have wear, flexing and some separation. The top portion of the cardboard has flexing and is slightly bent. There are some small pieces of debris at the bottom of the package, it appears to be cardboard flakes that worked their way in from the vent holes in the package. The clear plastic cover has light markings and scuffing from storage. The bottom edge has a small dent on the left side. The top flat portion of the clear plastic has been bent and shows markings.
