The inside is fully lined with a nylon/poly type material (I see a small snag or two on the inner lining, but no apparent wear on the velvet). The lower hem is a little wonky, but as you can see from the pics, this is still a super sexy top! (No one is going to be looking at the lower hem! lol) When laid flat and unstretched this measures 16" inches across at the armpit area and 21.5" inches in length, including the skinny black elastic straps.
