Description: This fabric is an ultra-soft bamboo cotton stretch french terry knit that features four way stretch, a smooth, luxurious face, and a looped back. It is soft and warm, and is easy to work with, and feels and looks to be very high quality. It's heavier than a t-shirt, yet lighter than most sweatshirts, and works well by itself or as a layer over or under another piece.It is in the medium weight category of knits, and so, works well for both baby clothes and dresses, but also for light jackets, sweaters, yoga pants, hoodies and hats. It is fabulous for cloth diaper flats. It's often used in sportswear and it makes great flat diapers! In the case of the bamboo based french terry, you really get the best mixture possible. Bamboo is known to be extremely absorbent as well as having bacteriostatic properties.
