Description: Welcome to Antiques & Moore! This listing is for a lovely Sterling Silver tomato server by the Baltimore Silversmiths Mfg. Co., c. 1903-05. The server has a plain handle with fancy 3-letter monogram we believe to be "L E W". The serving end has a scalloped outer edge and pierced interior. Marked with the trademark stamp of the Baltimore Silversmiths Mfg. Company in business in Baltimore MD from 1903-1905. Also stamped "Sterling". This company was known for their high quality Baltimore style repousse flatware and serving pieces. Measures 7 1/2" long and almost 2 3/4" wide. Weighs 70 grams. The server is in excellent Estate condition reflecting only minor signs of normal wear.
