I received this in and checked it out and re-flowed solder on both connectors. I tested the board with my Bally Mr & Mrs Pac Man pinball and it works perfect. All bulbs work as they should. The board works fine here and I expect it to work in your game too. Because of Postal rough housing, I can't guarantee that each and every mini lamp will work when you test the board in your game. If a couple lights don't work, swap in a known good bulb. If it is still out, chances are good that a transistor is bad on one of the lamp boards. I just went through this on my own game.
