Description: Set of 6 Ball ~ American Heritage Collector's Edition ~ Blue Mason Pint Jars with matching Blue lids (seals) and Bands in their original Blue, special edition, boxes (box for jars and another for the seals and bands ~ see photos). This series of collector's canning jars, which were produced in purple, green and blue, commemorate the Ball Brothers introduction of the "Perfect Mason" jars between 1913 &1915. Each individual jar in the American Heritage Collection is embossed in relief with "1913 - 1915 100 YEARS OF AMERICAN HERITAGE ~ MADE INU.S.A." Each jar is also embossed in relief with the "BALL ~IMPROVED" and Ounces, Cup and MLS markings. These jars come in their original (blue) collector's box, which details the story behind The American Heritage Collection. Directions for canning and proper use of the jars is detailed on the bottom of the box. The plastic shrink wrap has been opened but is still wrapped on the box (see photo). 1 or 2 of the jars were used for display only. The jars have not been used for canning. The collector's lids (seals) and bands have never been used and also come in their original "Limited Edition", Design Series, blue box. All jars, seals, bands and boxes are in Excellent, Like New Condition ~ Clean (including boxes) ~ No Damage.
