Description: Badass Blades D2 Steel Hunting Knife Camel Bone CIB Scrimshaw Handle- BA510. This beautiful knife was 100% hand forged. This awesome handmade knife is 10.0" long, with a 5.0" blade made of D2 Tool Steel. D2 Tool Steel is a high-carbon, high-chromium, air-hardened tool steel that's characterized by a relatively high attainable hardness and numerous, large, chromium-rich alloy carbides in the steel. Because D2 provides an effective combination of wear resistance and toughness, it has excellent edge retention. This blade has a Rockwell hardness of 58-60HRC, and is 4.50MM thick. The blade was professionally sharpened at 25 degrees resulting in an extremely sharp and durable edge. The handle is made of camel bone with a CIB scrimshaw design on one side and Paratrooper Wings on the other side. This is a brand new knife, and includes a custom handmade leather sheath.
