The musicians are Mike McKinney organ, Fred Skupenski bass, Tony Martucci drums, and Mark Muse guitar. "Front Yard" was the B side. The music was composed by the band {primarily McKinney}, not Kruspir as the label erroneously states. Apparently this music has resurfaced nearly 50 years later to be enjoyed by devotees of "Northern Soul" in England and other parts of Europe and beyond. To date, no less than three very different and hip compilations of rare funk and soul have included the A side "Back Yard" as a link in the development of a style still enjoyed by many today." Great 45 RPM Vinyl Record from my personal collection. I started collecting these 45's over 50 years ago. Most of these were purchased from 1965 thru 1975. I was a DJ during this period, now it's time to downsize and let others enjoy my vinyl. I purchased this 45 in the 1960's. I am not a professional grader, but this 45 was gently played and kept in a sleeve during the first 10 or so years, then stored in a cool, dry, smoke free home for the last 30 years.
