Original matching serial number box, cardboard insert, power supply box and manual included. Everything works very well. The pair of correct black joysticks work great. The paddle pair have been completely refurbished and work perfectly-no jittery action. The four aluminum switches are all cleaned/lubricated, polished and shiny and look very nice. This console is in very nice condition and was well taken care of, stored away for a long time in its original box. The manual and a warranty card are included. This console has a heat stamp of 510, which means it was manufactured in the 51st week of 1982, so end of December 1982.
