The cover has an attractive cachet, is postmarked Washington, D.C Aug 2, 1950, and the autograph is signed ''Stanley Reed'' in black fountain pen. The cover measures 6.50 x 3.75 inches and is in fine condition. The autograph is authentic, ideal for display and the commemorative cover is a nice example of this noted jurist.
