Author Biography Premilla DCruz, Ph.D., is Professor, Organizational Behaviour, Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, India. Together with Ernesto Noronha, Premilla has conducted pioneering research on workplace bullying which has been published in high-ranking peer-reviewed journals and books. She is Chief Co-Editor of Handbooks of Workplace Bullying, Emotional Abuse and Harassment (Springer, 2021). Other research interests include emotions at work, self and identity at work, whistleblowing at work, positive organizational scholarship, and technology and work. Premilla has been President of the International Association on Workplace Bullying and Harassment (IAWBH), 2016–2018.Ernesto Noronha, Ph.D., is Professor, Organizational Behaviour, Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, India.
