We therefore utilize flat rate boxes as much as possible. Shipping & handling is always disclosed in the auction before you bid. So by bidding, you agree the amount is acceptable. EBay takes a percentage of shipping costs. If your shipping is less than what is stated, it is because your shipping address is closer to FL. But to be fair to all buyers, we do not reduce the rate for shipping. All breakable items are shipped with insurance. Any breakage is covered by insurance and a claim will be filed at the Post Office for reimbursement. We DO NOT ship out of the country. Please do not ask us to. We will always try to detail all flaws and give accurate descriptions. Sometimes little flaws detailed in the description cannot be photographed so be aware of that. NO RETURNS.
