The 203-2803 bolts are forged from an aerospace alloy and then heat treated before having the threads rolled and final machining. They have been rated at 180,000 psi tensile strength. The flat, 12 point design of the head is an exclusive feature of the 203-2803 and the larger than stock shank diameter insures an increase in strength.
