Description: this is the chute mounting ring from an Ariens p/n 52417300 snowblower chute( reference last 2 pics of my original purchase). I purchased the chute to modify a tractor mounted blower and removed this ring to facilitate the fabrication of my tall chute project. i've seen these rings listed on here b4 for guys making custom chutes, so i'm listing this to keep it out of the scrap pile. please check the pics for dimensions to assure this will work for your project. the shiny metal in pics is from the cutting wheel when splitting the Ariens factery welds and in no way impeeds use of this ring. Again, this is for the mounting ring only - no chute included... thanks for looking...
