I have personally cleaned this game's contacts with isopropyl alcohol and played it for about 15 minutes on my Genesis 3. It works perfectly, with no issues whatsoever. Please note that you will need a Genesis 3, a Japanese Megadrive, a passthrough adapter for a Sega Genesis (such as a Game Genie), a Genesis with a modified cart slot, or a clone system to play this game.
