Description: Apollo 15 was the ninth manned mission of NASA's Apollo program and the fourth to land on the moon. The crew consisted of Commander David Scott, Command Module Pilot Alfred Worden, and Lunar Module Pilot James Irwin. The mission launched on July 26, 1971, and landed on the lunar surface were David Scott and James Irwin spent three days on the moon. The mission was the first to use the Lunar Rover and is considered the most successful manned flight of the Apollo Program. Listed for auction is the autograph of Alfred Worden signed on a card.
