Description: Being offered is a antique piano oil lamp with highly worked wrought iron base and brass oil burner holder, c. 1890. Not sure of the manufacturer but Bradley & Hubbard were known for this design. One of the nice features of this lamp is that the shaft can be adjusted up & down, within a range of 20 inches. The mechanism for raising and lowering the lamp has patent numbers on the collar. See photos. The chimney and ball shade are reproductions. This lamp has never been electrified.
