This fabric came from a house in Maine, and I would have said it was English. It dates from the late 1800s or early 1900s and its printed chintz. Both selvages are present on this fabric. The ground is a minty blue ( more sky blue than green) with pinks and green. This is a medium weight cotton fabric, with the original glaze still intact! Its quite unusual to find a length in THIS good of condition ~ Ideal for pillows , and many other projects ~*~ Still has that wonderful crisp hand! ~*~ MEASUREMENTS: Im selling this fabric by the ONE YARD LENGTH ~ Each purchase is for a length that measures : 36 inches inches long by 35 inches wide.
