Description: Up for sale an ANTIQUE VICTORIAN STERLING SILVER POCKET WATCH CHAIN SLIDE ALBERTINA WITH FOB TASSEL/ FRANCE/CIRCA1900. This is a very rare pocket watch chain consisting of 2 chains on the ends of which are mounted silver balls.On the chains are mounted 2 sliding elements of a polygonal, oval shape,with decorations. The T-bar is massive and has a watch winder function.It has an oval tassel with Victorian decorations and 5 elements with balls at the end (one ball is missing).Beautiful craftsmanship in beautiful condition. I found a full set of French hallmarks on the rings after the balls, on the T bar ring and on the large tassel link. I believe it is French made circa 1900. Weight 26 grams.
