Description: Up for sale an ANTIQUE VICTORIAN STERLING SILVER POCKET WATCH CHAIN SLIDE ALBERTINA/FRANCE/CIRCA1900. This is a very rare pocket watch chain consisting of 3 chains on the ends of which are mounted silver balls.On the chains are mounted 2 sliding elements in the shape of horseshoes.The T-bar is massive and has a watch winder function. The dog clasp is threaded - a very serious lock.Beautiful craftsmanship in beautiful condition. I found a full set of French hallmarks on the rings after the balls. I believe it is French made circa 1900. Weight 30 grams. See dimensions and the condition from the photos, they are an integral part of the description.
