Description: Nice antique folk art tin bird whirligig on a metal rod in all original paint, patina & condition. This is a fun vintage home-made bird whirligig which could be used in a flower pot, garden or as a yard decoration. The tin bird is hand-made and whimsically painted & dated "1934". It is fitted on a 16" long metal rod to stick into the ground.It is attached in a manor that allows the bird to turn with the wind. This certainly has been used so expect some normal wear. The tin bird is about 8 1/2" long. The metal post is about 16" long.
