The item looks to be from Europe to me and it is possibly German or English in origin. The item is from an estate liquidation (see photos). The item measures framed in total about 17+ inches high and it is about 13+ inches wide. The painting portion without the picture frame or matting measures about 11.75 inches high and it is about 8.6 inches wide. The painting is framed in a wood picture frame with matting under glass. There are many reflections and shadows coming off of the glass that are visible in the photos. The frame has some losses, finish losses and wear (see photos).
