I believe the urn itself dates to the Victorian period (late 19th century) when this cobalt style was popular in France, and was turned into a lamp in the 1950s/60s judging by the style of wire and light fixture. It works great and everything is in very nice condition. I’m going remove the top metal bracket that holds the shade so it can be packaged more easily. I will also bubble wrap that gorgeous crystal finial on top of the lamp. I’m not going to include the light bulb. It does not have a shade.
