New York in the United States of America and is protected by American and foreign patents.The mechanisms work extremely well. The exterior is a soft grey color. It just needs a good cleaning and this beauty will shine!This fantastic typewriter also features an extra long carriage, perfect for typing with papers of various widths. The carriage measures 15", which is rare and very difficult to find. This in an office model that is meant to be used on a desktop, which means that it was not originally made with a carrying case. This particular model was announced on February 10th, 1949. It has touch control, a ribbon color selector, and tabulator.
