Description: Up for consideration is fine old J.H.Belter laminated and carved rosewood sidechair. The chair stand 34.25 inches in height with a width of 18 inches a depth of 18 inches and a seat height at it's highest point 18 inches. The chair is contructed of 7 layers of laminated rosewood. It is carved and sports it's original mellow varnish. The back of the chair is completely made of wood with the overall composition of the piece being light and airey. Likewise the chair is well made and suprisingly lighweight however it is very sturdy. It really is a work of art.
