Probably Passamaquoddy or Penobscot / Wabanaki. Early 20th century. Lidded basket, with faint traces of the original blue decorated splints on the inside.CONDITION Overall excellent. Some minor broken strands around the edge of the lid. Rich, caromel age patina (all visible in the images). A LOVELY NATIVE AMERICAN BASKET.
