The box, of sqaure form, comprises of exquisite and valuable coromandel wood edged with brass and surmounted by a vacant cartouche. The box comes complete with its original Bramah lock (signed Betjamins and Son London). The lock works perfectly and retains its original key. The whole flanked by two inset rectangular handles. The hinged lid opens to reveal beautiful purple velvet. The tantalus houses four original cut glass decanters complete with multifaceted crystal stoppers. This exclusive set would be ideally suited to impress guests at dinner parties. The box is in remarkable working condition, free from damage, repairs, etc. The box is made by the renowned London makers, Betjamins And Sons.
