Fabric is unbleached homespun linen probably from northern Italy. Interior has purple silk fabric for the lining. NO damage, just one dime-sized spot on the front. A good dry cleaner can easily remove that. Measures 14" wide x 9.5" high. This was used to store your night dress during the day to make for a nice 'pillow' for your boudoir.
