Description: I have here an antique walking stick - it's known as a gadget cane because of its 2 hidden stash chambers. Gadget canes have become highly coveted by collectors and are becoming extremely hard to find. The cap threads off to expose a small stash chamber. The upper section - the top 6.5" of the cane - also threads off to expose a much larger stash chamber. This larger stash chamber extends up into the upper section as well as down into the cane. The cane was made of Irish Blackthorn wood so it has amazing visual character from top to bottom. Color is medium brown. Overall length of both sections is just under 37" The only issue is for some reason the female threads for the top section are larger than the male threads. The threads are not stripped but the top section does not screw onto the cane - it just slips on and is loose. This appears to be a very easy to correct issue.
