Description: For your consideration, is this pre WW II antique German Santa and Sleigh candy container, with a Japanese celluloid Reindeer. Fresh from an estate from a long time Christmas collector. Santa is glued into the sleigh, and carries a feather tree. He has a rabbit fur beard, and has the desirable Made in Germany sticker on his back. The sleigh is cardboard, painted white, and is finished with mica. It is marked Germany on the bottom. It is 6" in length. In the back of the sleigh are a chenille Santa, most likely Japanese, and a green sack. The celluloid reindeer is Japanese in origin and has some repairs on one of the antlers, with one of the glass eyes missing. The length is 5 1/4". The reindeer cannot stand by itself.
