Description: Antique French Striking Clock Red Marble Signed Figure 1880s Working Project. This large clock come to us after loosing it's pendulum and breaking the figures racket (broken part to come with it) in a house move. The clock ticks strongly without the pendum and goes through is striking sequence as it should on a lovely sounding bell.The movement appears to be clean. We cannot test for time keeping due to no pendulum. You can buy a replacement pendulm on ebay for under 10 pounds and the repair to the racket looks streight forward. Overall to the right person I would say this would be an easy great project. NOTE- To esure safe delivery we will remove the figure (Just one nut) but easy to put back on again after delivery.
