Description: Antique Enterprise Sausage Stuffer 8Qt Lard Wine Fruit Press Cast Iron #2092. Item is known to be quite old and used but in really good working order still. Believe it to be 8qt size but unsure of where the marking would be to confirm. Does not have the “inside” strainer basket lining the main tub (as other similar stuffers do) as well as does not include the brass/metal tube to hold casings for stuffing if desired to use for such. Aside from needing to be cleaned a bit if using for food preparation, this grinder is in really good condition and has all working parts - small plate, large plate, bottom strainer, moving top with locking pin and gear shaft and wheels that turn without issue. This is a very solid and HEAVY (weight of item is about 40-50 lbs.) piece made of cast iron. The 4 feet look to have the ability to have this grinder secured to a counter/table if intended to have somewhere permanent.
