Description: This is an original 1870 antique engraving print that is 18 inches tall and 24 inches wide by the Illman brothers of an important scene in American history, it is the surrender by Cornwalis at Yorktown with George Washington featured in the scene. I purchased this back in 1979 and have had it since, this is loose and is not framed but can easily be framed to display. In excellent condition this has sold for just under $7,000, you can google or research it yourself to see, however this one is priced lower due to a lesser condition. One of these prints is in the Library of Congress and the era of this particular subject is from the year 1781. Thanks for you interest in this significant historic antique print and have a great day!
