Description: Antique vintage Enderes carbon steel butcher chefs knife 17" long overall (exactly 16-15/16 inches) with 11" blade and weighs 1 lb 4 oz. Is nice and sharp. With wood handle, note that 1 of the 6 brass / copper rivets is missing, , note some light dents on top of blade above 'Enderes', , and a few very small nicks in blade -- see the many photos for exact condition. Enderes made tools - punches, chisels, etc, , I don't know much about their knife products. . . .
