Light as air, covered in black silk tulle net and hand sewn French sequins in lovely patterns and swirls, all sewn over a silk covered wire base. The crown is wrapped in a black ribbon with a bow in back. Some tears in the delicate tulle netting,a few missing sequins, and the hat is slightly out of shape, but the hat is clean. Great for a costume or display. I show the hat on a full sized millinery head, the head is not included. SELLING AS FOUND and priced to reflect the flaws. Please ask if you need more details.
