Description: Presented is an antique, sterling silver cup or mug made by Albert J. Gannon of Philadelphia during the early 20th century. Gannon was active between 1906 and 1914. This is a beautifully hand crafted piece and is most likely a youth or child's mug. The whole piece is covered with lovely engraved flower designs surrounding a center cartouche with a monogram of the initials EW done in a sinuous script. The underside is marked for Albert J. Gannon and sterling silver purity. This piece is in excellent overall condition for its age. The designs are very crisp. There are 2 small dents to the handle. Diameter: 3 inches.
