Tissue paper protecting frontispiece almost detached. Narrow gap between frontispiece and title page but otherwise binding intact. Some foxing and other marks to inner pages. Pencil scribbles on a couple of pages including page 180 but most pages untouched. Small brown stain to bottom margin of preface pages & content pages. Also small nick to the bottom of these pages.
