I bought this in the early 1980s in an antique store in INDONESIA when I living there. The tip of the scratcher end is partially broken, but it still fees good when you use it. The other end had a curled up end for decoration or perhaps hanging. The whole thing measures 12-3/4" long. A RARE COLLECTIBLE! PLEASE ask any questions that you may have ... I am happy to help.
