I know nothing about it other than I purchased it from th estate of an avid antiques collector in Southern Maryland. It measures 3.5" in diameter and weighs approximately 6 Pounds 9 ounces. About one inch down from one end are two concentric circles (indent lines). In the center ther is a 1/2" flat band. I will do my best to capture these details in the photos.
