Description: I had a lucky find at an estate auction: a collection of collars and dickies from the 1910-30s. This one is one of my favorites - it's a light tan and may be silk. It's all made of net lace with patterns that invoke a bit of Art Nouveau in its florals. This has a wider neck with wide points (4") at the shoulders and a narrower rounded back (2.5"). The front is quite dramatic with a slight V at the top center and 3 points at the bottom. This piece has a special pattern with a pendant flower framed by a ribbon bow effect, as shown in closeups. It's absolutely lovely! This is in very good antique condition with no stains, rips, or holes. The only defect I could spot is a slight thread loop at the left side, as shown in the last photo. It could be incorporated into a garment bodice or slipped on at the last minute to dress up a plain top. This is a real find in lovely net lace. I'll be listing more of these lovely pieces, so stay tuned and check my listings.
