Description: DETAILS: Antique 18K yellow gold movable or swinging pin or brooch set with two antique carved apple green jade elements. Our guess is that the Jade elements are antique or vintage pieces that were later incorporated into this brooch. They both have holes in them, which might indicate that they were once sewn onto a piece of clothing or another fabric object. They might be from China or from another Asian country. The total weight is about 0.455 troy ounces or 14.1 grams.Please see our other eBay listings for more estate jade and gold jewelry. MARK/SIGNATURE: unmarked, professionally tested with a metal analyzer as 18K. CONDITION: In excellent antique preowned condition free from dents, deep scratches, damages and alterations. The pin and clasp are in good working condition. The bottom, triangular section swings securely where it is attached to the top rectangular section. Mentioned for the record, there is a slight bend to the pin on the backside of the brooch. This can be seen in our photos.The carved jade segments are in good original condition free from damages, repairs, and obvious cracks. However, they do have normal and expected natural inclusions, imperfections, color variances, and other typical variations to the stone.
