Notes: Book is in very poor condition. Book appears to have been re-binded at some point (but it has now fallen into disrepair). A stamp is present on the front cover page "Mrs. Wm H. Jacobus". Several front cover pages are loose and the last few have a moderate crease present. Some moderate staining present throughout. Binding is in poor condition (nearly destroyed). The outer side binding is gone and show signs of significant wear and tear. Moderate staining present throughout. The leather binding portion flakes off everywhere easily. Careful handling is suggested. Due to the amount of condition issues present, this book is sold AS-IS! The book is in poor condition with moderate signs of wear and tear present throughout. The book covers (front and back) may show signs of staining, slight damage, or other imperfections as most of them have been stored on bookshelves or boxes for a long period of time. The pages may show signs of writing, penciling (marks from a writing instrument), staining, tears, creases, folds, or other imperfections from use.
