Description: Here we have an antique ornate hand-carved green felt wood picture frame. Nice wall decor item, wood is carved with acorns and leaves. Item is very old, I heard that it might be from the 1700's, and that it might be related to Freemasonry or the occult in some way. Perhaps you might know more than I. Frame measures about 28.5 inches in diameter, and appears to fit a 12.25" x 12.25 inches picture. Item has wear appropriate for its age, the most significant flaws being some slight chips and breaks to the decal accents, as you can see from the last two photos. The wood is very old, and the structural integrity of the item may not be fully sound in certain areas, and so I would advise manipulating the item gently, so as to avoid accidential damage or breakage to the wood.
