The Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks is an American fraternal order founded in 1868, originally as a social club in New York City"... Provenance: David Wendel Collection. David was extremely active in Elks as an Exalted Ruler and collector of Elks Memorabilia. His collection of Elks memorabilia is believed to be one of the top three in existence.
