A nice reading copy of a book hard to find in perfect condition because of the binding material. Very Good. Boards. First published in November 1971 as a Dell paperback original #7445. The first hardcover edition was Millington Books, London. The first American hardcover edition is this publication, which was issued in two states simultaneously. The first (as here) was 200 copies with the gray parchtone signed limitation page.
