You are bidding on the digitally remastered set of all American Top 40 shows released from Shadoe’s August 1988 debut through the end of the shows run in 1995 provided on a USB drive. The show was produced by Watermark and is a COMPREHENSIVE collection of weekly shows, specials and guest hosts from 1988 through the end in 1995. These shows are the ones identical to those we sent to the archives for iHeart Radio for future airing. These are the ORIGINAL, unedited shows as they originally aired. Bitrate is 320 kbps, this was the highest quality bitrate available which also allowed for the tagging of each track by song title, artist, chart position and chart date. Each show is in an individual folder. These are ideal for porting to your Apple device (iPhone, iPad, etc.) with the use of public domain software called CopyTrans. In essence, this allows you to treat your Apple device like a thumb drive to drag and drop folder too. You can also drag and drop from the drive to USB drives for portability to take your favorite shows with you in your vehicle, etc. Be sure to check out the two great, authoritative books on AT40 by Rob Durkee and Pete Battistini!
