Athos Menaboni was in charge of the project / illustrations. In total this catalog was published for four years (1949-1953). Each year contains different colored plated. Plates and subsequent cataloging / script issued in a screw binding. This sale is only for the 1952 edition. (Note we also have for sale the 1952 edition). In total there were approximately 125 color prints in the five volumes.. This year / collection contains 11 of them. Because of the way in which these were published I do not know which of the color prints were done in 1952 and which were done after and then put with the flowers description which was in the 52 edition. In any event, there are 11 of them in this volume. Very nice prints and beautifully colored.VG. Plates in nice condition. Some minor wear to boards and very light browning to pages.
