The balance of the compote is free of chips, cracks and fleabites including the exterior cuts. There are no notable marks or scratches from use and storage. The base has slight shelf wear as expected. The cuts are well planned and executed. The glass is crystal clear with nice clarity, resonance and a light green glow under UV light.
